The McKinstry Company is currently looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor based in Ayr

We are looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join our award winning law firm based in Ayr.

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience and be able to work autonomously with a workload of residential purchases & sales, acting for a range of clients from first time buyers to holders of small portfolios of residential property. There is an excellent team of paralegals and secretarial support within the firm and the ability to work with, and delegate appropriately, to others is essential. Some experience of commercial conveyancing including landlord/tenant work and lease management is also desirable but not essential.
