CURRENT VACANCIES

  • Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal - Dalry

    As part of the expansion of our team, a part-time position has arisen in our Dalry office in North Ayrshire. 


    The position is 16 - 20 hours over 2 / 3 days per week.  


    The role will include providing administrative, secretarial and reception support and will involve supporting lawyers working on conveyancing files, including letter/document production and all ancillary file management.  


    You will work alongside the team in Dalry under the supervision of Associate, Linda Clark, who heads up the Conveyancing team in our Dalry office.


    You will have all the benefits of being part of a smaller office combined with the support and infrastructure that comes with being part of a bigger organisation.

  • RECEPTIONIST - AYR

    Receptionist


    This is a full-time position within our busy head office in Ayr.  You will be a confident individual ideally with previous relevant experience; however full training will also be provided.  You will work as part of our reception team, providing reception and administrative support.


    Whilst on reception, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the firm and be expected to meet and greet them in a friendly and professional manner.  You will also manage an active switchboard answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence, arranging appointments, maintaining diaries and booking meeting rooms.


    It is essential that you possess excellent communication, customer service skills and the ability to use standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office.
