Her Majesty The Queen: 1926 - 2022

We are greatly saddened by the passing of Her Majesty.
She has been a constant in our lives for these past 70 years and will be greatly missed.
We hold His Majesty The King and all The Royal Family in our thoughts at this time of mourning.
January: The month of fresh starts, gym memberships, and kale smoothies. It’s also, somewhat less romantically, the month when family lawyers across Scotland brace themselves for what is sometimes referred to in the trade as “Divorce Season.”
I can hardly believe I’m now writing this blog after what feels like the quickest two years of my life. At the same time, it seems like a lifetime ago.
I joined The McKinstry Company in October 2024, taking up the position as a trainee Paralegal in Wills, Trusts and Estates in the Dalry Office.
