In many cases, we can offer an initial consideration of your circumstances without charge.

The McKinstry Company is a registered provider of Legal Aid and can offer Legal Aid for certain areas of work. The final decision rests with the Scottish Legal Aid Board for providing such assistance, but in any event, we can assist you and perhaps discuss other funding options. An appointment with one of our Legal Aid solicitors is the first step and can be arranged by telephoning our reception.
