We are looking for a confident and outgoing individual with experience in all aspects of private client work to join our team in Ayr.
The successful applicant will assist with private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Executries, Power of Attorney and Guardianship administration.
Whilst a Paralegal Certificate in Wills, Trusts and Executries is desirable, it is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic and growing Law Firm.

January: The month of fresh starts, gym memberships, and kale smoothies. It’s also, somewhat less romantically, the month when family lawyers across Scotland brace themselves for what is sometimes referred to in the trade as “Divorce Season.”
I can hardly believe I’m now writing this blog after what feels like the quickest two years of my life. At the same time, it seems like a lifetime ago.
I joined The McKinstry Company in October 2024, taking up the position as a trainee Paralegal in Wills, Trusts and Estates in the Dalry Office.
