Appointment of Andrew Sleigh

The McKinstry Company, a leading firm of solicitors in Ayrshire, has announced the appointment of Andrew Sleigh as non executive chairman of the firm.


It is anticipated that Mr Sleigh will assist the McKinstry Company in the development and execution of its growth strategy and also with corporate governance issues. Mr Sleigh recently retired as a senior corporate law partner in Glasgow and he was recognised as a leading practitioner in the SME /family company sector and also as a prominent sports lawyer. His role as chairman is not client facing.


Robert Honeyman, Managing Partner of the McKinstry Company said: "We are very pleased that Andrew has agreed to act as our chairman. He brings to the table a lot of corporate and commercial experience which will be invaluable as we meet the challenges of growing and future proofing our business".
