Powers of Attorney

Power of Attorney Solicitors in Ayrshire, Dumfries and Galloway

A Power of Attorney protects you against a situation in the future where you can no longer make decisions for yourself about your finances or welfare. It is will allow your family or loved ones to step in and make decisions on your behalf, should you lose capacity to do so, for example, due to dementia or an accident. By choosing a Power of Attorney, you are stating who you want to manage your money and help with your care. We recommend everyone has one. It is like having an insurance policy which you may never need but is there if it is needed. To begin the process with one of our experienced lawyers, contact us today by calling 01292 281 711.

The process of making a Power of Attorney is quick and simple. We can guide you through the process from start to finish, giving you peace of mind that, if need be, your affairs will be properly handled by someone you trust.
