Graeme McKinstry is the McKinstry Company’s founder and is now Senior and Managing Partner. Graeme graduated Bachelor of Laws from Dundee University in 1975 and MBA in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University in 2000. His main areas of work now are in the fields of commercial transactions, property, licensing and all private client related work. Graeme acts for small businesses in acquisitions, disposals, mergers and general business law. Graeme is a Member of the Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal and formerly served on the Local Health Board ,the Scottish Legal Aid Board and many Law Society Committees.
